SINGA MEDIA – Refund & Service Policy

Overview

At Singa Media, we provide creative services including videography, photography, and graphic design. Because our work is service-based and often customized, our refund policy differs from that of physical product businesses.

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Deposits & Booking

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 30%–50%) is required to confirm all bookings.
  • This deposit secures your date, time, and resources.

2. Cancellations

  • Client cancellations:
    • More than 7 days before the project date → deposit is retained, no further charges.
    • Less than 7 days before the project date → up to 50% of the total fee may be charged.
  • Singa Media cancellations:
    • In the rare case we cancel, a full refund will be issued, including the deposit.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of creative services:

  • No refunds are issued once:
  1. The service has been delivered (e.g., event covered, shoot completed), or
  2. Work has commenced (editing, design drafts, etc.)
  • Partial refunds may be considered only if work has not yet started, and at our discretion

4. Revisions & Satisfaction

  • We are committed to quality and client satisfaction.
  • Each project includes a limited number of revisions (as agreed in your contract).
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Delivery of Work

  • Final deliverables (photos, videos, designs) are shared digitally unless otherwise agreed.
  • Delivery timelines will be communicated before the project begins.
  • Delays caused by client feedback or late submissions are not the responsibility of Singa Media.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Provide clear briefs, requirements, and timelines.
  • Respond promptly to communication and approvals.
  • Ensure access to locations or materials required for the project.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, illness, government restrictions). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule where possible.
